Construction
Upon the construction process, an updated schedule will be provided to our clients. Throughout the process, our in house accounting department oversees all administrative details, including lien releases, insurance certificates, and contractor licensing verification.
Completion
As construction reaches its final stages, we guide you through a detailed walkthrough to review the home and develop a comprehensive punch list, ensuring every detail meets expectations. Upon completion, you will be provided with a curated digital package that includes all manuals, warranties, and municipal documentation, along with professional photography capturing the finished residence.
